At BRW, taking care of our volunteers is as important as attending to the rebuilding needs of the flood survivors. "Safety First" is our motto. Also, we aim for the "comfort zone" with regards to each volunteer and the scheduling process - whereby the volunteer freely determines the level and duration of their commitment.
